IMPORTANT NOTES:
- TYPE A will not be cut as you originally presented to us, we are shorting the lip so that the total width of the mat is 46 inches.
- These mats will ALL have a beveled edge ($10 / mat)
- Freight increased slightly because of the additional Type F Opposite mats.

Shipping, Handling and Lead Time:
- Lead time is anticipated to be 3-4 weeks from the order date.
- We have an option to ship flat if you are ordering 10 or more mats AND have either (a) a forklift or (b) a receiving dock for a flatbed carrier, otherwise they will be rolled.
- This would ship on at least 3 pallets possibly 4.
Warranty:
- Our Economy mats do NOT have a warranty.
Returns:
- We aim to provide you with a product that meets your unique specifications. Therefore, all sales of Customized Chair Mats are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
- We do NOT guarantee that a mat will not dimple, as several factors can impact this.
- In the event that your chair mat is damaged upon delivery, is cut from material other than what you selected or is not cut to the dimensions included in the attachments to this order, we will replace it at no cost to you. If this is the case, contact us within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order and we will relay further instructions on how to return the material.
- You will not be eligible for a return if your mat was customized.
- All of your mats are custom. We will NOT accept a return. All sales are final.
- Mats are not returnable for improper fit, as you have provided us with your measurements.
- Our mats are cut with ½ inch tolerance. Meaning we aim for our mats to be cut within ½ inch of the measurements you submitted to us. If the cut is off by ½ inch or less we will NOT consider the mat a defective product.
- We will NOT accept a return for mats that are cut within ½ inch of the measurements attached to this order.
