Chair mats create the ideal surface to roll on but in humid conditions or when a mat is placed on a carpeted area where the concrete was not properly sealed, serious issues can arise. The moisture under the mat is trapped so it accumulates under the mat until mold or mildew starts to grow. This creates a very unhealthy condition. The Moisture Control Feature provides holes every 2 inches to allow moisture to escape! They are made by hand in our state of the art production facility and are perfect for basement offices or other high-humidity environments.

- To make a claim simply reply to this email and we will either arrange delivery of a replacement or provide a refund of the original purchase price.
- The use of "ball casters" or narrow wheel casters will void your warranty. more information can be found here https://justchairmats.com/pages/warranty.
- The lifetime warranty is only valid and enforceable for ONE replacement per chair mat.
Returns:
- We aim to provide you with a product that meets your unique specifications. Therefore, all sales of Customized Chair Mats are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
- We do not guarantee that a mat will not dimple, as several factors can impact this.
- In the event that your chair mat is damaged upon delivery, is cut from material other than what you selected or is not cut to the dimensions you requested, we will replace it at no cost to you. If this is the case, contact us within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your order and we will relay further instructions on how to return the material.
- Mats are not returnable for improper fit. Because we cannot measure on site we rely on you providing accurate drawings or approving our drawings. If we proceed with the measurements at the link provided, we will not accept a return or refund if they do not fit correctly.
