Order Change Request

You can request a change to your order, including measurement changes, below. If this request was made within 24 hours of placing your order, we will immediately place your order on hold while we review your request. If not, your request will be immediately forwarded to our operations team. If we receive and review your request before the mat is cut we will place your order on hold and reach out to you within 3-5 business days to discuss.  However if it has already been cut, we will not be able to accept your change request. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to review your request and respond back.
