Non-studded vinyl chair mats, including all Hard Surface or Hard Floor Mats, may slide on surfaces without sufficient friction, especially when walking on it or rolling a chair over it, which could result in falls or injuries. The mat features texture on the top and bottom to help with grip, but this is not a guarantee of stability on all floors.

• Test for stability on your floor before regular use.
• Consider ordering a sample mat to test for stability on your specific floor before full purchase.
• Avoid smooth, slippery, low friction, slick, polished, wet, or oily surfaces—if slippage occurs, add an anti-slip pad or tape underneath.
