Lifetime Warranty for Executive and Premium Chair Mats: Our Executive and Premium chair mat collections are backed by a comprehensive lifetime warranty, ensuring exceptional durability and quality. These heavy-duty chair mats, designed specifically for carpeted surfaces, are guaranteed to resist breaking, chipping, or cracking under normal use for the life of the product.

Warranty Claims Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at sales@justchairmats.com. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement mat or, at our discretion, issue a refund of the original purchase price. Just Chair Mats covers all shipping costs for warranty replacements, ensuring a seamless experience.

Warranty Terms and Conditions: Just Chair Mats warrants that our Executive and Premium vinyl chair mats are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. In the event of a defect, we will provide a one-time replacement with a comparable product or, at our option, refund the original purchase price, subject to the following conditions:

• Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required.
• A picture of the defective mat and the chair that was used with the mat sent to our sales team a sales@justchairmats.com.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Color fading due to normal exposure to sunlight or environmental conditions.
• Damage caused by the use of metal casters, or ball-type casters.
• Use of our chair mats on painted, varnished, or non-carpeted surfaces.
• Products designated as "Vented" or "Moisture Control."

The use of ball casters, which are less efficient and may cause undue stress or deformation, will void the warranty. Most modern office chairs are equipped with roller casters, which are compatible with our mats.

Additional Terms: Just Chair Mats reserves the right to inspect returned products to verify compliance with warranty conditions. This warranty is exclusive and supersedes all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which are expressly disclaimed. Liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the product and does not extend to special, incidental, or consequential damages.
